How It Works
Email us at service@astrasci.com and let us know what is wrong with your instrument.
Simply ship your original and complete part to us and we will carefully clean it, repair it, test it and return it within a day or two after receiving it in 100% working order.
Will provide tune report for reference.
Will provide 100 days warranty.
May have extra charge for missing parts or have been tampered before.
Inspection
All instruments that come in will be carefully cleaned and inspected. We will identify the problems and create a solution plan based on the evaluation.
Repair
The instrument will be repaired by our top engineer as soon as possible. Quality is guaranteed and we provide a 100 days warranty.
Testing
Repaired instruments are tested before they are packaged and sent back. A test or calibration report will be sent to the customer.
